Our Story

Heart disease is the leading cause of death worldwide, yet many cases can be prevented through education and early intervention. Founded by Sandra Botros and Inayat Arora, CardioCare was created to make heart health education more accessible and empower communities to take action.

What began as a student-led initiative in 2024 has grown into a movement reaching thousands through community events, educational programs, fundraising efforts, and partnerships with organizations like the American Heart Association. From hosting the Race for Hearts 5K to teaching CPR and heart health to local students, CardioCare is dedicated to raising awareness, promoting prevention, and inspiring healthier communities.

Together, we believe education saves lives, and every heart matters.
